We are AS9100D certified, with full material traceability, inspection reports and material certificates supplied as standard.
Our air-conditioned quality assurance department employs a complete range of measurement and gauging equipment from globally recognised suppliers including Hexagon, Mitutoyo, LK Metrology and Renishaw.
We’re highly flexible and build close working relationships to maintain the highest standards and simplify your production at every step.
Exceeding standards
We understand that the industry standard is sometimes not good enough. This is why we provide a full inspection report, including material certificates with every order we produce.

Standard surface finish to 1.6Ra (higher on request)
General tolerance working to ISO 2768
Positional tolerances up to ±5µm (0.005mm)
Repeatability up to ±5µm (0.005mm)
